I recently bought a pretty new truck from Carmax and ended up having to take it to the dealership within two days. It's a long story do I won't go into it all. However, I did want to write a review because I had a great experience here at Cecil Motors. Tim Rich, the service manager I dealt with really treated me right. He communicated promptly, he never tried to BS me and was always polite and respectful. He even responded when he was on vacation. They ended up putting a whole new engine in my truck and it was done in a very reasonable amount of time. All in all if I ever need a Dodge dealership these are my guys! I also want to give a shout out to the tech Cory who gave me a ride to enterprise in Marble when my ride fell through. They went above and beyond and I really appreciate all of their hard work. Thanks fellas!

Mr. Cesar. my experience with Cesar has been very positive, and saw in him giving the best of his ability and experience of this trade in Cecil motors. We bought this car because Cesar was a Man we felt comfortable with showing integrity and respectable giving all of his best.. you should be proud of yourself to have him. I strongly advise against doing business with Cecil Atkission Car Dealership. Their sales practices are concerning, as they try to convince customers to make substantial down payments while providing inadequate trade-in values. Moreover, they omit rebates from the purchase price, resulting in higher costs. A $62,000 vehicle with a $5,000 rebate, for instance, should be reduced to $57,000, excluding taxes, title, and license fees. Exercise caution when considering a business transaction with this dealership.

If you are looking for a vehicle and want to be treated like family then you need to go to Cecil Atkission in Burnet. Ask for Wes Tumey and he will take excellent care of you. I have purchased 7 vehicles from Wes and have always been treated great, he listens to you, does not use the high pressure tactics you find and most dealerships and goes above and beyond to make sure the deal is right for you. Everybody from management, financing to service will treat you like one of their own. You matter to them during the sale and afterwards.
