I purchased some shoes today. I payed for them and left the total with tax came up to 1094. I payed and left. After I left I was called and told to come back because the sales person made a mistake and scanned the wrong box. He told me he would get in trouble if I didn’t come back . me me being nice and not wanting the worker to get in trouble I go back and bring the box he told me the prices were the same. Once I got back he told me I needed to pay $80 more. I had to drive back to the store wasting my time and gas . for his mistake. I got upset and got a refund due to there mistake

I like the customer service. They were helpful but wish they had more of an experience when you enter. I love the way that Salvatore Ferragamo treats me. Its about the experience for me. Hopefully when I come back I feel the Energy of the Iconic House of Versace.

Nothing makes me look/feel hotter than a Versace shirt. I love the whole store. Their sunglasses don’t work on my face though sadly. I prefer Persol when it comes to shades. I wish they made a more minimal and less gaudy frame. But everything else they make is so à la mode!

The guy who helped me was so annoying. He had no idea what sizes the shoes were because apparently they're not labeled on the shoes. So he brought me 5 pairs of the same shoe just to find my size, and then when I asked if they could do any better on the price, he laughed at me.
What a jerk! He made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed there.
I bought the shoes anyway, but I'm definitely not going back to this Versace store.

The sales associates were very rude and not knowledgeable about their products. I was not able to get either of the products that I specifically went there for. Don’t waste your time.
